Zizr recommends the right size when you shop for clothes and shoes online. This way you avoid unnecessary returns due to the wrong size.

The service is independent and works across all online stores that have Zizr. You only create one Zizr ID and then we retrieve your purchase and return history from all the stores we work with. This information is used exclusively to be able to give you a size recommendation. You do not need to enter any personal information about yourself.

Zizr tries to solve some of the biggest challenges in the textile industry. By recommending you the right size, we reduce the number of returns, transport, CO2 emissions, packaging, as well as unnecessary production and disposal of clothes and shoes.

General and personal size recommendation

Knowing which size that is correct requires large amounts of information. In an initial phase, the size recommendation you receive and the product category we deliver a recommendation on may therefore vary somewhat.

When Zizr knows enough about the products sold in the store, the service will start by giving you a general size recommendation. This says something about whether a product is small, normal or large in size.

When we have enough history on you, and enough information about the product you want to buy and the category you shop in, Zizr will be closer to give you a personal size recommendation. Personal recommendation means a concrete size, which is unique to you.

Give feedback on the size

While we are continuously working to give you a personal size recommendation on all products, you can improve your recommendation yourself by accessing your Zizr profile and giving feedback on previous purchases.
