Cancellation policy

When you start a subscription with Tufte, you receive products on a regular basis. The price, any shipping charges, and the delivery interval are shown when you place your order. Your chosen payment method is charged automatically for each delivery until you cancel the subscription.

How to cancel your subscription

There is no minimum commitment period or cancellation fee. You can cancel through your customer account or by emailing post@tuftewear.no. Please include your order number or the email address you used to place the order, if possible.

Cancel before the next payment to stop the upcoming delivery. If you cancel by email, the cancellation takes effect when we receive your message, even if we process it later. We will confirm the cancellation by email.

If your next order has already been paid for

Contact us as soon as possible if you also want to cancel an order you have already paid for. Cancelling the subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically cancel an order that has already been created.

Right of withdrawal and claims for faulty goods

If you subscribe to regular deliveries of identical goods, you generally have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, starting the day after you receive the first delivery.

The hygiene exception described in our return policy applies to sealed boxer briefs. Breaking the seal does not affect your ability to cancel future deliveries or your right to make a claim for faulty or defective goods.
