Tufte Wear is looking for more shop assistants for Tufte Outlet, Vestby.

We are looking for:

• Store employee 80% position
• Store employee 50% position
• Store employee 10-20% position

Tufte Wear is an attractive company with strong growth. We were established in 2012 and have become a solid company with a turnover of NOK 140 million. Today, Tufte products are distributed through 600 outlets, and the time has come to open our first own store.

Our mantra is "Pure Comfort", which means that both the clothes and the experience of being a customer with us should be a comfortable pleasure. In our stores, we will place a strong emphasis on good product expertise and a fantastic service when we meet the customer. Your role as a store salesperson is a key role in ensuring satisfied customers and good turnover.

We are now looking for skilled shop assistants for our new Tufte shop. The shop is a pop-up shop at Oslo Fashion Outlet in Vestby from September 2023 to September 2024, therefore the positions advertised are on a commitment basis, and as we need more positions the vacancy percentage can vary from 10% to 80%. Our goal is for the store to become permanent, and then the positions can be made permanent.

Tasks:

• Good customer care and service
• Sales, upselling and the ability to inspire customers and colleagues
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable at all times
• Product replenishment, pricing and other incidental shop work
• Contribute to the store achieving its financial goals

Competence and experience

• Have completed and passed upper secondary school, relevant experience can compensate for lack of education
• Has sales experience from a similar industry, preferably the textile or sports industry
• You speak fluent Norwegian and English
