Thank you for buying a garment from Tufte! Everyone who buys goods in the online store, with delivery to an address in Norway, has the opportunity to return unused / unopened goods within 14 days in accordance with the Purchase Act. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from tuftewear.no. For items purchased via one of Tufte Wear's retail partners, contact the store directly to arrange an exchange or return. Below you will find information on how to return or exchange items from our online store.

RETURNS

1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Log in to your user on our website to register your return. The login page can be found here .

Har you do not profile with us? Create user with the same email address with which you placed your order, account you create here . You do not need to send another return form to us if you have registered a return on our website.

2. PACKAGE ITEM (S)

There was a return label in the package you received from us. Pack the goods and stick the return label on the outside of the package.

3. SEND

The package is delivered at the post office or Post in Store. You can search for the nearest here . Return shipping costs 79, - when using Tufte's return label. Please note that the return shipment must go via Posten, even if you received the shipment with PostNord.

The money for the item you return will be refunded as soon as we have received and processed your return shipment. The money is returned via the same payment method that you used when you ordered the item. Return shipping will be deducted from this amount if you used a return label from Tufte.

ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE, IMPORTANT INFO!

Remember that garments must be unused and in original condition to be returned. All of the packaging and labels must be included in your return shipment. Underwear and swim shorts can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged as we can not resell these, for hygienic reasons. Returns due to errors from us as the seller, are fully credited but must be agreed with us by email, post@tuftewear.no. Items returned in cash on delivery will not be picked up. Non-stocked items (wonder packages, order and special items) are not credited and are not returned.
