Wool is gold

GOOD PROPERTIES OF WOOL
Wool regulates the temperature, has self-cleaning properties, prevents the smell of sweat and does not need to be washed as often (It often keeps airing
the garments). The areas of use for wool are therefore many, something our ambassadors have experienced. That's why we at Tufte also have wool garments included in the summer collection.
PERFECT GARMENTS FOR UNSTABLE WEATHER
Bambull® is wool underwear with a two-layer construction for unbeatable comfort and good warmth , with an inner layer in bamboo viscose and an outer layer in super fine merino wool. This composition guarantees fantastic softness and warmth without itching, as some people experience that wool can do. The garments are well suited for an active lifestyle, whether it is on a Norwegian holiday, forest walks with the family or a walk with the dog.
THE AMBASSADORS 'EXPERIENCE
Celine lives in Odda in Western Norway and makes several trips to Trolltunga every week. There the temperature can vary between 6 and 15 degrees, and then wool is absolutely perfect.
"Frost has really surprised me, and become a big favorite. Incredibly comfortable, and also does not wear it at all. It is thin, but still retains heat very well so a good alternative to mountain hikes in spring, summer and autumn. Absorbs sweat well, dries quickly and has a very nice fit. I love it, and use it very often! Perfect that it is also available with short sleeves! "
"Bambull® is very soft and does not itch. Good quality, and very durable. It keeps the heat well, absorbs sweat and is perfect for my mountain hikes. In addition, it is very good to run with on the slightly colder trips. Very good fit! "

WOOL - ALSO ON WARM DAYS
" I use Bambull® all year round, both on running and hiking in summer and winter. The fabric is soft, it does not itch and dries quickly. "
Heidi recommends wool for hiking. She herself wears the garments both in the mountains and in the forest.

OUT AND ABOUT
"Frost Merino wool has become a big favorite with me all year round , and perhaps especially on the slightly warmer days. In addition, it is perfect on winter days with high activity, whether it is summit hikes or a ski trip. Frost is incredibly soft and comfortable to wear on the body, and the material breathes very well. I'm hot and sweat a lot, in addition I keep the heat even if it's humid. Hope it comes in stillongs too! "
